Web Application Security

With the growing number of Web applications being deployed in enterprises there is a need to enforce common security capabilities such as user filtering, client IP-based filtering, prevention of SQL injection attacks and cross-site scripting. Often enterprise applications have inconsistent mechanisms for implementing these security functions.

Our Web Application Security module provides a layer that can be packaged into existing legacy as well as new applications. It enhances the applications by providing a uniform layer to implement various security features without affecting existing functionality. This module also works seamlessly with existing security layers such as JAAS and single-sign-on products.

The Web Application Security module works on most J2EE application servers and is also available on the Microsoft .Net platform.
