An essential requirement for deploying mission critical applications is that there must be a methodology in place that specifies the support assurance plan for the various components. Usually there are well structured support plans with vendors of the various components such as hardware, operating system, database, application server, storage, network etc. However, the business applications that are deployed in these environments do not receive the same treatment.
AES Infotech provides clients with an elaborate comprehensive programme for availing support services for the applications developed by us. These include:
Ongoing bug fixes;
Phone and onsite support;
Upgrade to new versions.
AES Infotech also supports applications developed by third parties. Before committing to this, we need to conduct an analysis and a feasibility study of the application to decide if we are able to support it. For third party applications, we provide phone and onsite support along with bug fixes (if source code is available).
